Hot is not only the offered workshop, but also the location: we’ll meet in breathtaking scenery on a hill in Bichlach where we can admire the surrounding mountain world. You’ll get much more than just hot sausages from the grill: Learn from the master and discover extraordinary recipes, special grill methods, and the newest grill techniques. After the workshop we will of course enjoy the food together and discuss the many new impressions with a great view and a good glass of wine.
